A scheduled session in Macoya Gardens, with controlled lighting and time to settle in. Bring your favourite outfit and the people you want in the frame. Ask about a gown loan when booking; available sizes and styles are confirmed in advance.
Stay close to the celebration.
We meet you at your graduation venue for portraits or follow your personal celebration. Pick a short portrait session, one-hour coverage or the full-day content collection below.
Venue access and photography permissions must be agreed first. Official stage photographs and unrestricted ceremony access are not included.

Access and shooting positions must be confirmed. School-wide coverage and official stage photography require a separate arrangement.
Included: digital delivery through a download link. We agree your delivery date before you book.
Gown loan: request your preferred size and style in advance. Studio-session use is proposed within the portrait packages; off-site use, care and return arrangements need confirmation.
Makeup, prints, additional graduates, venue fees and any travel charges are separately agreed. Final scope, taxes and total are confirmed before booking.

A clear plan makes the day work.
One creator alternates between photography and video. We agree priority moments in advance; simultaneous stills and continuous video of every moment are not guaranteed.
Ceremony access and permitted shooting positions must be approved. Travel expenses, entry fees, extra hours, additional reels and any second creator are quoted before confirmation. Delivery timing is agreed at booking.

Before you book.
Can we take portraits on a different day?
Yes. Tell us your preferred studio date and we will check availability. You do not need to fit portraits into ceremony day.
Can you photograph us at our graduation venue?
We can discuss portraits and personal coverage around your ceremony, subject to venue access and permission. Schools and universities may restrict photography or reserve areas for official photographers. We confirm the permitted times and locations before booking.
Do you have gowns for loan?
Yes. Ask about the available sizes and styles when you enquire. Fit, university-specific gown or hood requirements, session use, and any off-site return arrangements must be confirmed. You are welcome to bring your own.
What if it rains or the ceremony runs late?
We agree a weather alternative and a waiting or rescheduling arrangement before confirming an outdoor session.
What is the difference between Looks Reel and Dreams Reel?
Graduation Looks Reel is a short, cinematic outfit reel. Graduation Dreams Reel uses a guided interview and supporting footage to tell your story in a finished 1–4-minute film. We agree its length and delivery format before filming.
Does the day collection include three reels plus the recap?
Yes. The proposal includes at least three edited social reels and a separate polished day-recap reel, plus the listed professional photographs. Any additional reels are agreed as part of the booking scope.
When will we receive our photographs and films?
We agree the delivery date before booking. Edited files are supplied digitally. Same-day delivery, RAW files, prints and extra edits are not included unless separately arranged.
What does the TT$250 studio option include?
One edited digital portrait photograph, taken at Define Studios. The TT$500 Variety option includes 10 retouched photographs with a variety of poses. Official ceremony-stage photographs are not included in either studio package.
Are these introductory prices?
Yes. These graduation rates are our introductory offer for the first round of bookings. We confirm your chosen package and total before payment.
How are the USD prices worked out?
We divide the TTD price by 6.89 and round up to the next whole US dollar. Your final currency, travel charges, applicable taxes and total are agreed before payment.
Is my date reserved when I submit an enquiry?
No. An enquiry starts the conversation. We confirm your session only after availability and booking arrangements are agreed.

Graduation-day appointments and other special requests can be arranged outside these regular times, subject to availability.
