A brief history
Define Studios started based on a desire to capture and share Caribbean lifestyle and culture. Trinidad and Tobago, Define Studios’ country of origin, was a catalyst for this as the twin island republic is a true melting pot of the Caribbean. By 2015 Define Studios became one of the premier production companies in Trinidad and Tobago, attracting large clients such as banks, advertising agencies and other institutions within the corporate sector.
Define Studios’ has been the home for some of our most talented creators. Over the years, Define Studios has and continues to engage in groundbreaking initiatives across the Caribbean and has been featured on the front pages of our local newspapers on multiple occasions. Now in 2020, Define Studios has been at the center of innovation as the engine behind the best-selling book Millennial Mind and a space for brand development. Paving the road to our new normal, Define Studios has morphed into the Caribbean’s first innovation agency boasting an impressive roster of consultants, all with over 7 years’ experience in their respective fields.

THAIS HENRY - RAMOS
Line Producer
Thais is a Trinidadian and a Milnerite with Brazilian roots. She was the highest performing Film Studies student at the University of the West Indies in 2015. Thais applies all she knows to connect all the dots from start to end of all our projects.
AYANA HARPER
Editor
Born in France, to Trinidadian parents, she is bilingual and would describe herself as a “Euro-Trini”, fully embracing both cultures. Ayana is a 2014 MFA graduate of EICAR, the International Film School of Paris and a passionate editor who believes that the real magic of film happens in the cutting room.
MATTHEW CRISP
Drone Pilot
Born in Great Britain, but migrating to Trinidad over a decade ago, Matthew was the import agent who first imported the trailers we use on Carnival Monday and Tuesday. With the aerial revolution in progress, Matthew has the latest and greatest tools and a wealth of experience to capture any scene.
KEN SAMBURY
Producer & Cinematographer
Ken is an unorthodox thinker who loves to document everything around him. Ken’s skills include digital strategy and event management which all contribute to his “big picture” approach to cinematography.
KRISTOFF ALEXANDER
Marketeer
Kristoff is a QRC Alumni who adheres to all the good values his alma mater has instilled in him. He is always well researched but humble enough to keep learning. Kristoff is a natural winner and therefore is determined to seek the best for his clients.
JOSHUA BRIZAN
Photographer
Josh is a Caribbean Photographer, Food Artist, Musician, Writer, Freelance Journalist, Marketing Executive and a Pokemon Trainer. Josh’s work reflects his taste for the fine arts, generating stunning images every time.
KARYSSA BABWAH
Videographer
Karyssa has been directing shorts and acting for Film and Theatre since 2006. Karyssa is the voice of Janice in the popular ‘Santana’ series. Despite her unconditional love for the art of film, growing up in a conservative home, she always had to balance her passion with a “regular” life.
KARISSA NARINE
Filmmaker
Karissa is an upcoming filmmaker and soon to be Graduate of the prestigious Film Program at the University of The West Indies. Karissa believes film is the medium in which local voices can be heard and strives to help others find stories which may have been lost.
DAMION GORDON
Marketeer
Damion is that reliable friend that doesn’t just stick with you throughout, he arrives early and leaves late. As a business student and event planner Damion also understands the difference between cool and corny and will deliver results with every project.
SHANEECE 'Wren' PATRICK
Studio Photographer
Shaneece, is a humble, God fearing and passionate photographer. She is also on her way to be a certified nutritionist. Wren’s enjoyment of the simplicity and the natural beauty of life allows her to showcase the hidden beauty of people and places.
NATIKA BOYCE
HR Specialist
Natika believes that employees are a company’s greatest asset and believes in doing whatever it takes to keep staff motivated and happy with themselves and the work they do. She works by the motto, “Happy employees equal a successful company.”
KYEON CONSTANTINE
Videographer
Kyeon is an experienced cameraman who has 7 years experience working at TV6. Kyeon has accumulated a wealth of hands on experience and now he applies this in each project he does.
